Customer support

We will always be there for our customers to answer your questions regarding your site. A monthly support fee will be charged for any additional work needed to maintain or make changes to your site. The WP CMS is a great tool in that customers can easily manage their site with ease. We want our customers to manage their own sites, yet things do come up and small tasks can take up time. Because of this we offer our low monthly support plan which gives your church, ministry, or business the access to our time for any tweaks or small changes needed as time goes on. You can pay monthly or you can pay annually for a discounted price. If you choose not to use this service plan and end up needing our help, we will determine the time needed to fix your site and bill you an hourly rate of $30/ hour. We will give you a total price upfront before we start. Let us know which route you would like to take when ordering. Thank you!

Month to Month

All month to month payments will be billed on the first of each month. If you decide not to pay for that month you will be charged the hourly rate for any work needed in that month.
